Artist Registration Fee:



Artists are encouraged and welcome to assist with sponsorships. Local businesses are being asked to sponsor our event for a $200 contribution. Artists can help by providing leads to local businesses who we can approach to support our event. Everyone is also welcome to firm up a sponsor if you know of a business who would like to participate. 

General Information
Participation in the James Bay Art Walk is open to artists who are residents of James Bay Victoria BC. All applications will be reviewed and followed by confirmation of registration acceptance.

Guest Artist
A James Bay resident artist may host a guest artist as long as that guest artist is also a James Bay resident. The host artist and the guest artist must each register as an individual and each pay their fee as an individual.

Hosted Space
Artists who do not have publicly accessible studios will be matched with space that is being hosted by the James Bay Art Walk at various locations around James Bay. There is no cost to artists for using hosted space.

Full Registration must be complete on or before August 27, 2022.

Following submission of the Request to Participate Application, applicants will receive an email from the James Bay Art Walk advising of application status. Upon application acceptance the $50 artist registration fee is due immediately, by e-transfer to 2022jamesbayartwalk@gmail.com, or by cheque dropped off or mailed to:
